Recursos educacionais abertos: publicações ibero-americanas indexadas na Redalyc, Scopus e Web of Science

Abstract

Esta pesquisa analisa a produção cientifica sobre REA’S nas bases Redalyc, Scopus e Web of Science nos idiomas português e espanhol. Tem como objetivo geral analisar a produção científica sobre Recursos Educacionais Abertos na Ibero-América, considerando os pesquisadores, os periódicos e os artigos publicados em periódicos indexados nas bases Redalyc, Scopus e Web of Science. Com objetivos específicos procurou-se: a) Identificar os artigos em espanhol e português que discutem recursos educacionais abertos a partir de dados da Redalyc, Scopus e Web of Science. b) Mapear os periódicos que publicaram artigos sobre Recursos Educacionais Abertos;c) Identificar os pesquisadores que publicaram sobre Recursos Educacionais Abertos. O corpus da pesquisa são os artigos publicados nas três bases nos idiomas espanhol e português. A pesquisa realizada consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica documental e exploratória, qualitativo-quantitativa, utilizando como termos de busca: Recursos educacionais abertos e recursos educativos abiertos.As fontes consultadas foram as três bases Redalyc, Scopus e Web of Science.Como resultado da pesquisa obteve-se os países com maior número de periódicos são a Colômbia e a Espanha. As entidades editoras em maior número são as Universidades. A área do conhecimento que mais publica sobre essa temática é a Educação com 13 periódicos. Quanto ao tipo de acesso na Redalyc existem 32 artigos em Acesso Aberto, seis na Scopus e na Web of Science três, totalizando 41 artigos em acesso aberto. Há ainda artigos que se repetem nas três bases. Quanto ao idioma verifica-se que existem trinta e nove artigos no idioma espanhol e dois em português. Quanto ao Qualis, a maioria dos periódicos está no estrato A2. Sendo que sete periódicos não possuem índice e outros três periódicos possuem índice h dois. A pesquisa demonstrou que os artigos foram publicados por 92 autores. As Instituições com maior número de pesquisadores são: Universidade Oberta da Catalunya e Universidade de Granada com oito pesquisadores cada Instituição. Conclui que os países Ibero-americanos possuem um grande número de periódicos em Acesso Aberto o que torna esses países destaque nessa iniciativa, mas o número de artigos publicados na Ibero-América está aquém do potencial de produção dos países pesquisados.

This research analyzes the scientific production in Redalyc bases, Scopus and Web of Science in Portuguese and Spanish on the topic Open Educational Resources. It has the general objective to analyze the scientific literature on Open Educational Resources in Latin America, considering researchers, journals and articles published in journals indexed in Redalyc bases, Scopus and Web of Science. With specific objectives are sought: a) Identify the articles in Spanish and Portuguese that discuss open educational resources from data Redalyc, Scopus and Web of Science. b) Mapping the journals that published articles on Open Educational Resources; c) Identify the researchers who published on Open Educational Resources. The corpus of the research are the articles published in the three bases in the Spanish and Portuguese languages. The survey consists of a documentary literature review and exploratory, qualitative and quantitative, using as search terms: open educational resources and educational resources abiertos.As sources consulted were the three Redalyc bases, Scopus and Web of Science.Como search result obtained If the countries with the highest number of journals are Colombia and Spain. Entities publishing in greater numbers are universities. The area of knowledge that more public on this theme is Education with 13 journals. Regarding the type of access in Redalyc there are 32 articles in Open Access, six on Scopus and Web of Science three, totaling 41 articles in open access. There are also articles that are repeated in three bases. As for the language it appears that there are thirty-nine articles in Spanish and two in Portuguese. As for the Qualis most journals are in stratum A2. And seven journals have no index and three other periodicals have two h index. Research has shown that the articles were published by 92 authors. The institutions with the largest number of researchers are Oberta University of Catalunya and the University of Granada researchers with eight each institution. Concludes that the Ibero-American countries have a large number of Open Access journals in making these prominent countries in this initiative, but the number of articles published in Latin America falls short of the production potential of the countries surveyed.
