Gênero na Educação Infantil

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como ponto de partida observar as crianças quanto a suas escolhas e preferências de brincadeiras, brinquedos, cores, forma de tratamento, roupas, estilos. Tem como objetivo geral: observar e compreender as várias situações que envolvem gênero na Educação Infantil no que se referem às brincadeiras, brinquedos e preferências das crianças. Os objetivos específicos são: observar se há estereótipos de gênero nas brincadeiras infantis; identificar o comportamento das crianças e suas falas que mostram preconceitos e discriminações quanto a estereótipos e/ou relações de gênero; propor contribuições para o desenvolvimento das crianças com respeito ao diferente e ao diversificado; propor ações que possam respeitar o direito das crianças quanto suas escolhas de brinquedos, brincadeiras e grupo de amizade sem que se tenham preconceitos quanto às relações e estereótipos de gênero. O método utilizado será a observação, cuidando para não constranger nenhuma criança, nem modificar ou intervir em suas brincadeiras, respeitando suas escolhas. Com os resultados pode-se contribuir para a construção de práticas de respeito e diversidade de gênero. Com a observação encontrei algumas situações que apresentaram estereótipos, com falas que mostraram algum preconceito quanto às brincadeiras e brinquedos. Pode-se concluir que de modo geral, a variedade dos brinquedos e as diversas opções de brincadeiras favorecem para que todos os espaços sejam ocupados por todos sem discriminação. Percebeu-se que o brinquedo e a brincadeira têm grande contribuição para o desenvolvimento da criança, principalmente relacionado com o tema gênero que precisa ser vivenciado, ensinado e praticado na Educação Infantil.

This work has as a starting point to observe the children about your choices and preferences of games, toys, colors, form of treatment, clothes, styles. Aims: to observe and understand the various situations that involve gender in early childhood education in which refer to games, toys and children's preferences. The specific objectives are: to observe if there are gender stereotypes in the childish games; identify the behavior of children and your lines that show prejudice and discrimination as stereotyping and/or gender relations; proposed contributions to the development of children with respect to the different and diverse; propose actions that can respect the right of children as their choice of toys, games and group of friendship without which have prejudices about the relationships and gender stereotypes. The method used is the observation, taking care not to embarrass any child, or modify or intervene in your games, respecting their choices. With the results can contribute to the construction of gender diversity and respect. With the note found some situations that presented stereotypes, with lines that have shown some bias regarding games and toys. It can be concluded that overall, the variety of toys and the various options of games favor so that all spaces are occupied by all without discrimination. It was realized that the toy and the game have great contribution to the development of the child, mainly related to the gender theme that needs to be experienced, taught and practised in early childhood education.
