Abstract

Nesta tese procuro investigar as formas tikmu,un de fazer circular em seus corpos cantos, povos e lugares. sigo as trilhas abertas por narrativas, cantos e deslocamentos tikmu,un para lançar um olhar em torno das formas tikmu,un de se constituir enquanto pessoa e estabelecer relação com lugares. Além das narrativas tikmu,un, trato do deslocamento de nomes e etnônimos na parte leste das Terras Baixas da América do Sul (TBAS), por meio da leitura de materiais etnohistóricos atravessando-os com o material etnográfico sobre aldeias e pessoas tikmu,un elaborado nos últimos anos - tanto por parte do autor da tese quanto de outros pesquisadores. A partir de uma observação em torno da circulação de cantos e dos nomes e etnônimos nesta região das TBAS, sugiro que a pessoa tikmu,un, ao ser capaz de acumular cantos em seus corpos, é atravessada por inúmeros outros povos, diluindo assim a ideia de relação identitária entre uma pessoa e um povo. Ao mesmo tempo, fazer circular cantos de povos outros nos corpos aciona, por meio da relação com os mortos, um modo de atualizar relação com lugares específicos. De tal maneira, argumento que um corpo, nesse contexto, é um lócus depositário de perspectiva e história. Partindo das histórias que emanam desses corpos e das relações de maestria de cantos, a tese procura investigar ainda as imagens que surgem da relação tikmu,un com os brancos, por meio das formas tikmu,un de lidar com propriedade privada e dinheiro e de fazer emanar lugares dessa relação.

Abstract : In This thesis I search to investigate the tikmu,un s way to circulate in their bodies songs, people and places. I try to follow the trails opened by tikmu,un s narratives, songs and displacements to take a look around the tikmu,un s forms to constitute themselves as persons and establish relationship with places. In addition to the narratives, the thesis tries to treat about the displacement of names and ethnonyms in the east part of the Lowland South America, through the reading of the ethnohistorical material going through them with the ethnographic material about tikmu,un s villages and persons elaborated in the last years by myself and other researchers. From an observation around the circulation of songs, names and ethnonyms in this region of the Lowland South America, I suggest that the tikmu,un person, when is capable to accumulate songs in her body, is trespassed by a lot of people, diluting in this manner the idea of an identity relation of one people and one group. At the same time, circulate song of other people in the tikmu,un body achieve, through the relation with the dead a way to actualize relation with specific places. Through such manner, I argue that a body, in this context is a depositary locus of perspective and history. Taking the histories that emanates from these bodies and from the relation of mastery of songs as a starting point, I try to investigate in addition the images that emanate from the relationship of the tikmu,un s person with whites, through the tikmu,un s forms to deal with the whites, private property, money and to make emanate places from this relation.
