A "odisseia do ser social": o mundo do trabalho nas produções científicas no serviço social brasileiro

Abstract

Esta tese tem como objetivo analisar e compreender a produção científica sobre a categoria trabalho presente nas revistas especializadas do Serviço Social, buscando desvelar a apropriação deste debate pela profissão. Busca, ainda, elucidar a contribuição do pensamento de György Lukács para a compreensão do trabalho como forma originária do ser social, bem como a importância do debate sobre o mundo do trabalho, particularizando-o no âmbito da produção de conhecimento no e para o Serviço Social brasileiro. Por fim, almeja analisar e compreender como o debate sobre o trabalho se situa na profissão, a partir de sua inscrição como trabalho especializado na divisão sociotécnica, tendo em vista sua condição de assalariamento. A fonte empírica da pesquisa baseou-se nas produções científicas de assistentes sociais e demais intelectuais das áreas afins, publicadas nas Revistas Serviço Social & Sociedade, Revista Katálysis e Revista Ser Social, compreendendo um recorte temporal entre os anos de 2007 a 2014. Estruturada em treze Eixos Temáticos, a pesquisa demonstra a diversidade das produções presentes nas revistas, evidenciando importante traço teórico-metodológico na produção de conhecimento sobre o tema na e para a profissão. Tal dedicação, nos últimos trinta e cinco anos, tem revelado a maturidade intelectual em pesquisar, tematizar, debater e refletir sobre a categoria trabalho, buscando compreender o particular e complexo desenvolvimento do humano-genérico, que, refinado, alçou patamares qualitativos e, por excelência, atingiu a constituição de um ser cada vez mais social. Além dos fundamentos filosóficos presentes nas produções, a pesquisa registrou a presença da discussão sobre largo processo de apropriação da força de trabalho humana pelo capital, bem como a expressão do antagonismo de classes presentes na relação capital-trabalho. Esta força de trabalho segue sustentando as relações sociais de produção, face à impossibilidade do capital se auto realizar, tendo no trabalho as suas formas de realização. Indissociável a este processo, consta, nesta tese, a presença do debate sobre a acumulação flexível, que nos últimos 30 anos vem derruindo os sentidos do trabalho, numa perspectiva de total subsunção às suas determinações. Por fim, localizam-se, nesta pesquisa, as particularidades do trabalho profissional diante das determinações do capitalismo, em vista de sua condição de profissão especializada, reprodução esta que não demoveu sua capacidade ético-política de compromisso de classe, expresso em um reconhecível devir ético.

Abstract : This thesis aims to analyze and understand the scientific production on the category of work present in the specialized journals of Social Service, seeking to unveil the appropriation of this debate by profession. It also seeks to elucidate the contribution of the thought of György Lukács to the understanding of work as an original form of social being, as well as the importance of the debate on the world of work, particularizing it in the scope of knowledge production in and for Social Work Brazilian. Finally, it aims to analyze and understand how the debate about work is situated in the profession, from its inscription as a specialized work in the social and technical division of labor, considering its status as wage labor. The empirical source of the research was based on the scientific productions of social workers and other intellectuals from related areas, published in the Revista Serviço Social & Sociedade, Revista Katálysis and Revista Ser Social, comprising a temporal cut between the years 2007 and 2014. Structured in thirteen Thematic Axes, the research demonstrates the diversity of the productions present in the magazines, evidencing an important theoretical-methodological trait in the production of knowledge about the theme in and for the profession. This dedication in the last thirty-five years has revealed the intellectual maturity of researching, thematizing, debating and reflecting on the category of work, seeking to understand the particular and complex development of the human-generic, that refined, raised qualitative levels and, reached the constitution of an increasingly social being. Besides the philosophical foundations present in the productions, the research registered the presence of the discussion about the broad process of appropriation of the human labor force by capital, as well as the expression of the antagonism of classes present in the capital-labor relation. This labor force continues to sustain the social relations of production, in view of the impossibility of capital to self-actualize, having at work its forms of realization. The debate on flexible accumulation, which in the last 30 years has been destroying the meanings of work, has been indissociable from this process, with a view to total subsumption of its determinations. Finally, we find in this research the particularities of professional work in the face of the determinations of capitalism, in view of its condition of specialized profession, inscribed in the socio-technical division of labor, a reproduction that did not detract from its ethical-political capacity for class commitment, expressed in a recognizable ethical turn.
