Construção de uma matriz de informação para a elaboração de fichas de biópsia em serviços de patologia bucal

Abstract

O sucesso do diagnóstico histopatológico está diretamente relacionado ao acesso às informações clínicas do paciente, que estão contempladas em uma ficha de biópsia a ser encaminhada ao patologista pelos profissionais requerentes. Este estudo avaliou as fichas de biópsia utilizadas pelos principais serviços de Patologia Bucal do Brasil e, a partir disso, construiu uma matriz de informações, que englobou todos os dados encontrados nestes documentos. Dessa maneira, todas as informações utilizadas pelos referidos serviços para auxiliar no correto diagnóstico estão listadas nesse trabalho, bem como a frequência com que cada tópico aparece nas respectivas fichas. Resultados: Produção da matriz informacional a partir dos dados obtidos nas 21 fichas de biópsia analisadas. Esta matriz contempla todos os dados que as fichas utilizadas fazem referência. A partir dessas informações foi possível obter as tabelas 1,2,3,4,5 e 6 que abarcam todas as informações separadas por grupos didáticos. Conclusão: Foram obtidos 147 itens das 21 fichas de biópsia analisadas. Após a análise dos dados foi concluído que as fichas apresentam grande variedade em relação as informações que as constituem. Além desta grande variedade de informações das fichas, suas estruturas também se diferem. Apenas 5 itens foram encontrados na totalidade das fichas estudadas, e 51 deles em apenas uma das fichas de biópsia. Os formatos com que as perguntas aparecem são: múltipla escolha, descritivas e mistas.

The success of the histopathological diagnosis is directly related to access to the patient's clinical information, which are included in a biopsy form to be sent to the pathologist by the requesting professionals. This study evaluated the biopsy forms used by the main services of Oral Pathology in Brazil and, based on that, constructed an information matrix, which encompassed all the data found in these documents. In this way, all the information used by the referred services to assist in the correct diagnosis is listed in this work, as well as the frequency with which each topic appears in the respective files. Results: Production of the informational matrix from the data obtained in the 21 biopsy files analyzed. This matrix includes all the data that the records used refer to. From this information, it was possible to obtain tables 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, which cover all the information separated by didactic groups. Conclusion: 147 items were obtained from the 21 biopsy files analyzed. After analyzing the data, it was concluded that the files have a great variety in relation to the information that constitutes them. In addition to this wide variety of information on the records, their structures also differ. Only 5 items were found in the totality of the studied forms, and 51 of them in only one of the biopsy forms. The formats in which the questions appear are: multiple choice, descriptive and mixed
