Violência sexual infanto-juvenil e sistema de garantias de direitos: limites e possibilidades da Intervenção Profissional no Município de Garopaba/SC.

Abstract

Este trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo geral identificar as especificidades do trabalho dos (as) assistentes sociais no município de Garopaba no enfrentamento da violência sexual infanto-juvenil; e como objetivos específicos identificar as produções bibliográficas sobre o tema; Conhecer a rede de atendimento as crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual infanto-juvenil; Identificar os limites e possiblidades da atuação profissional junto a este segmento. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, cujos instrumentos de coleta de dados foram a aplicação de questionário e entrevista com duas profissionais assistentes sociais do CREAS, sendo que os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. Os resultados revelam que o município de Garopaba possui um sistema de Garantia de Direitos consolidado e que há uma boa articulação com o Conselho Tutelar, judiciário e escolas locais. Entretanto, evidencia-se que as ações intersetoriais ainda são pontuais e precisam ser contínuas e sistemáticas para que haja maior alcance e eficácia. Pode-se constatar que os autores de violência se encontram geralmente no ambiente familiar e que as famílias, cuja criança/adolescente seja vítima dessa violência, necessitam de suporte da rede para amparar suas necessidades e superar os possíveis danos gerados. Ressalta-se como limites da intervenção junto a este segmento, as equipes reduzidas, bem como a troca periódica de profissionais. Há necessidade de ampliação das equipes de referência do serviço para que os homens autores de violência sejam incorporados nos atendimentos. O processo de ruptura requer um movimento não somente de reflexão, mas de busca por estratégias que materializem intervenções éticas, críticas e comprometidas politicamente com a superação da violência sexual no município.

This course conclusion work aims to identify the specificities of the work of social workers in the municipality of Garopaba in coping with child-juvenile sexual violence; and as specific objectives to identify the bibliographic productions on the subject; To know the network of care for children and adolescents victims of child and juvenile sexual violence; Identify the limits and possibilities of professional performance in this segment. The methodology used was bibliographic and field research, whose data collection instruments were the application of a questionnaire and interview with two social assistant professionals from CREAS, and the data were submitted to content analysis. The results reveal that the municipality of Garopaba has a consolidated Rights Guarantee system and that there is good articulation with the Guardianship Council, judiciary and local schools. However, it is evident that intersectoral actions are still punctual and need to be continuous and systematic in order to achieve greater reach and efficacy. It can be seen that the perpetrators of violence are generally in the family environment and that families, whose child/adolescent is a victim of this violence, need support from the network to support their needs and overcome the possible damage generated. It is emphasized as limits of intervention with this segment, reduced teams, as well as periodic exchange of professionals. There is a need to expand the reference teams of the service so that men who are perpetrators of violence are incorporated into the care. The rupture process requires a movement not only of reflection, but of seeking strategies that materialize ethical, critical and politically committed interventions with the overcoming of sexual violence in the municipality.
