Elite orgânica e tecnologias: ação de classe do século XXI

Abstract

As elites orgânicas agem ativamente na política para efetivação de seus interesses, intervindo para que suas preferências se tornem hegemônicas e de vontade coletiva. Busca-se compreender as atuais elites orgânicas e como sua ação política se dá pelas atuais tecnologias informacionais. Primeiramente, foi realizado uma revisão quanto ao surgimento dessas elites e os avanços tecnológicos que viabilizaram o atual cenário pela obras de René Armand Dreifuss. Em seguida, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica visando expandir esses conceitos para o contexto atual. Diante disso, verifica-se o surgimento de novos atores, que a partir de um novo recurso, os dados, vem transformando o jogo político e se consolidam como elites orgânicas.

Organic elites actively act in politics based on their interests, intervening in order to make their preferences hegemonic and of collective will. The aim of this work was to understand the current organic elites and how their political action takes place through current informational technologies. First, a review was carried out regarding the emergence of these elites and the technological advances that made the current scenario possible through the works of René Armand Dreifuss. Then, a literature review was carried out in order to expand these concepts to the present time. Therefore, there was observed the rise of new actors who, based on a new resource, data, have been transforming the political scenario and consolidating themselves as organic elites.
