PROPOSTA DE INCLUSÃO DE REQUISITOS DE SUSTENTABILIDADE NA AVALIAÇÃO DA EDIFICAÇÃO POR INSPEÇÃO PREDIAL

Abstract

The building inspection is a way to make people aware for the maintance of the safety, performance and useful life of a building. The application of the fundamentals of sustentability on the buildings comes to complement a big range of requirements that belong to the search for efficiency and rationalization of natural resources. So this article has the objective of combining requirements from the sustainability evaluation methods with checklist building inspection. The current method is based on bibliographical searches related to the themes. The assembling of the sustentability requirements to the building inspection checklists, intend to subdizide the organization of the data analyzed for support maintaince programs that promote more sutentainable solutions for the buildings in the use and operation phase.
