Viabilidade econômica do cultivo do kiwi Hayward em Fraiburgo - SC

Abstract

O cultivo do kiwi no Brasil é recente não atendendo a demanda do mercado consumidor brasileiro. O objetivo do trabalho foi verificar a viabilidade econômica do cultivo de Kiwi Hayward em Fraiburgo – SC, além de criar possibilidade de estudos para cidades com clima semelhante do Meio Oeste de Santa Cataria. A simulação foi feita de forma detalhada com uma densidade de plantio de 1111 plantas por ha, com uma área de cultivo de 5 ha e um período de 20 anos, com implantação para 2023, a fim de não apresentar apenas a viabilidade, mas também de maneira simples elencar os principais gastos em todos os aspectos para um potencial produtor da cultura. O Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) obtido no presente estudo foi R$ 5.700.935,95, a Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) obtida foi de 29,33%. A relação Benefício-Custo foi positiva, com um valor de 1,69 e o Payback de 4 anos e 5 meses. Os indicadores econômicos estimados afirmaram a viabilidade financeira do empreendimento em análise.

The cultivation of kiwi in Brazil is recent, without supplying the demand of the Brazilian consumer market. The objective of the work was to verify the economic viability of the cultivation of Kiwi Hayward in Fraiburgo - SC, in addition to creating the possibility of studies for cities with similar climate in the Midwest of Santa Cataria. The simulation was carried out in detail with a planting density of 1111 plants per ha, with a cultivation area of 12,3553 acres and a period of 20 years, with implementation for 2023, in order not only to present the feasibility, but also of simple way to list the main expenses in all aspects for a potential producer of the culture. The Net Present Value (NPV) obtained in the present study was R$ 5,700,935.95, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained was 29.33%. The Benefit-Cost ratio was positive, with a value of 1.69 and the Payback of 4 years and 5 months. The estimated economic indicators confirmed the financial viability of the project under analysis
