As mulheres na Vila de Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais de Curitiba, 1776 - 1816

Abstract

Este trabalho teve por objetivo estudar a população feminina da vila de Nossa Senhora dos Pinhais de Curitiba entre meados do século XVIII ao início do século XIX, analisando, por uma perspectiva intersecional as vivências das mulheres e o trabalho feminino. Procurei identificar, sobretudo, os espaços e posições ocupadas pelas mulheres considerando as condições sócio econômicas e étnicas, para tanto elaborei um levantamento historiográfico apontando as perspectivas adotadas e os temas abordados sobre a história das mulheres do período, em um segundo momento fiz um estudo e apresentei o panorama demográfico da vila e, por fim, pesquisei os sujeitos históricos de forma a abordá-los articulando suas condições para compreender as contribuições possíveis de uma perspectiva interseccional para o estudo sobre as mulheres do período.

Abstract: This work aimed to study the female population of the village of Nossa Senhora dos Pinhais de Curitiba between the mid-eighteenth century to the beginning of the nineteenth century, analyzing, from an intersectional perspective, the experiences of women and female work. I tried to identify, above all, the spaces and positions occupied by women considering the socio-economic and ethnic conditions, for that I prepared a historiographical survey pointing out the adopted perspectives and the themes approached on the history of women of the period, in a second moment I made a study and I presented the demographic panorama of the village and, finally, I researched the historical subjects in order to approach them articulating their conditions to understand the possible contributions of an intersectional perspective to the study of women of the period.
