A revista Cavalo Azul (1964-1989)

Abstract

A revista Cavalo Azul foi editada e publicada pela poeta Dora Ferreira da Silva, entre 1964 e 1989. Voltada sobretudo para a poesia e para a filosofia, a revista teve 12 volumes esparsos e contou com a colaboração de diversos escritores, intelectuais, artistas e poetas, brasileiros e estrangeiros. Apesar disso, a publicação não recebeu ainda a devida atenção, ficando praticamente à margem dos estudos sobre periódicos literários e culturais brasileiros. Tendo em vista essa falta, o presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo fornecer, na forma de um relatório completo de indexação, um material com máximo de dados auxiliares sobre a publicação. Desenvolvido conforme a metodologia do projeto Poéticas contemporâneas, o trabalho consistiu na leitura conversão e armazenamento das informações correspondentes aos 12 volumes da publicação. Além do relatório que segue na seção de anexos ao final do texto, e que fica disponível para consulta e cotejamento na base de dados “Periodismo Literário e Cultural”, são considerados no desenvolvimento do trabalho alguns dos principais dados e estatísticas resultantes do trabalho de indexação. Ademais é sugerida ao final do trabalho uma possível linha interpretativa sobre a publicação.

The review Cavalo Azul was edited and published by the poet Dora Ferreira da Silva, between 1964 and 1989. Focused mainly on poetry and philosophy, the review had 12 sparse volumes and counted with the collaboration of several writers, intellectuals, artists and poets, both Brazilians and foreigners. Despite this, the publication has not yet received due attention, remaining practically on the margins of studies on brazilian literary and cultural periodicals. In view of this lack, the present work had as main objective to provide, in the form of a complete index report, a material with maximum of auxiliary data about the publication. Developed according to the methodology of the project Poéticas contemporâneas, the work consisted in the reading conversion and storage of the information corresponding to the 12 volumes of the publication. Besides the report that follows in the section of annexes at the end of the text, and that is available for consultation and comparison in the database "Periodismo Literário e Cultural", some of the main data and statistics resulting from the indexing work are considered in the development of the work. Moreover, a possible interpretative line on the publication is suggested at the end of the work.
