Ecocasa popular 1.0: Uma alternativa sustentável para casas populares

Abstract

A construção civil é uma das grandes responsáveis pelos impactos ambientais negativos na sociedade moderna, seja pela geração de resíduos ou pelo consumo exacerbado de matéria prima. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um exemplo real de habitação sustentável, baseado na arquitetura de casas populares de baixo padrão, mediante uso das principais normas e certificações vigentes. A metodologia utilizada se caracteriza dentro do gênero aplicada, não desconsiderando a investigação documental e bibliográfica, além da utilização dos softwares ®Revit, ®Sketchup e ®Lumion na produção de um exemplo prático de uma ecocasa. Como resultado, ficou nítido o crescimento e a importância do tema, principalmente nos últimos anos, inclusive sob a ótica de normatização, tornando-se uma das principais tendências no âmbito da construção, o que pode ser intensificado por projetos de baixo impacto ambiental, que agreguem economia à construção sustentável, como o que ora se produziu (ecocasa popular 1.0).

Civil construction is one of the main responsible for the negative environmental impacts in modern society, either by the generation of waste or by the exacerbated consumption of raw material. The objective of this work is to present a real example of sustainable housing, based on the architecture of popular low standard houses, through the main norms and certifications in force. The methodology used is characterized within the applied genre, not disregarding the documentary and bibliographic research, beyond the use of the software ®Revit, ®Sketchup and ®Lumion in the production of a pratical example of an ecocasa. As a result, the growth and importance of the theme has been clear, especially in recent years, including from the viewpoint of standardization, becoming one of the main trends in construction, which can be intensified by projects of low environmental impact, adding economics to sustainable construction, such as what has now been produced (ecohouse popular 1.0).
