Os avanços tecnológicos na aviação civil brasileira e seus impactos na segurança do transporte aéreo

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve o objetivo de esclarecer as principais contribuições e mudanças, frente à evolução, para o gerenciamento da segurança operacional do transporte aéreo. Para tanto, está sedimentado como pesquisa explicativa, realizada através de uma revisão integrativa com busca sistemática, de forma descritiva, por meio de procedimento bibliográfico e documental, associado a abordagens qualitativas. Dessa forma, a dissertação apresentou a implantação dos auxílios à navegação e abordou a sua importância no contexto da evolução a luz dos fatores que alavancaram as tecnologias da Navegação Baseada em Performance, com a utilização de computadores, comunicação e sistema de posicionamento global, entre outros benefícios. Em seguida, foram apresentadas as distâncias de navegação aérea entre os aeroportos de São Paulo e Florianópolis, mais especificamente os trajetos de voos da aviação civil de Guarulhos e Congonhas a Florianópolis, em período anterior e posterior à implantação da PBN, e constatou-se que esses trechos obtiveram resultados negativos após a PBN. O estudo teve por objetivo analisar e esclarecer as majorações das distâncias percorridas. Após as análises e a obtenção da clarificação de questionamentos sobre a malha viária dos trechos em questão, concluiu-se que ocorreram importantes modernizações e mudanças do cenário para o transporte aéreo. Contudo, ainda há incrementos em percursos que não puderam ser otimizados em função da segurança e da grande quantidade de voos que chegam e partem dos aeroportos em horários de grande movimento, além de razões técnicas e operacionais. Dessa forma, este trabalho se reveste de importância para o Comando da Aeronáutica e para o órgão de aviação civil, bem como contribui com novas pesquisas sobre a temática. As análises e resultados propõem fomentar ações na busca do aprimoramento desejável de rotas aéreas, consoante ao Departamento de Controle do Espaço Aéreo.

Abstract: The present work had the objective of clarifying the main contributions and changes, in view of the evolution, for the management of the operational safety of air transport. Therefore, it is established as an explanatory research, carried out through an integrative review with a systematic search, in a descriptive way, through a bibliographic and documental procedure, associated with qualitative approaches. In this way, the dissertation presented the implementation of navigation aids and addressed its importance in the context of evolution in the light of the factors that leveraged the technologies of Performance-Based Navigation, with the use of computers, communication and global positioning system, among others benefits. Then, the air navigation distances between the airports of São Paulo and Florianópolis were presented, more specifically the flight paths of civil aviation from Guarulhos and Congonhas to Florianópolis, in the period before and after the implementation of the PBN, and it was found that these stretches had negative results after PBN. The objective of the study was to analyze and clarify the increases in the distances covered. After the analyzes and obtaining clarification of questions about the road network of the stretches in question, it was concluded that there were important modernizations and changes in the scenario for air transport. However, there are still increases in routes that could not be optimized due to security and the large number of flights arriving and departing from airports at busy times, in addition to technical and operational reasons. In this way, this work is of importance for the Air Force Command and for the civil aviation body, as well as contributing to new research on the subject. The analyzes and results propose to promote actions in the search for the desirable improvement of air routes, according to the Airspace Control Department.
