Literatura infantil e infantojuvenil e o fazer social da Biblioteconomia

Abstract

A comunicação se estabeleceu como um processo básico na vida. E a literatura, ganha ênfase como produção e disseminação de conhecimento gerando um compromisso coletivo para a formação do ser humano, tendo a literatura infantil como abordagem inicial. Sendo a leitura e a Biblioteconomia áreas que dialogam diretamente entre si e o Bibliotecário como catalisador do conhecimento na sociedade, questiona-se: como a literatura infantil e infantojuvenil pode contribuir com o fazer social da Biblioteconomia? Como objetivo geral, pretende-se apresentar a contribuição da literatura infantil e infantojuvenil na aproximação do leitor com a Biblioteconomia social, a partir de publicações especializadas nesta área temática. De forma específica, se objetiva: a) Identificar práticas utilizadas para aproximar o leitor da literatura; b) Analisar como tais práticas engajam leitores; e c) Relacionar a literatura infantil e infantojuvenil com o fazer social da Biblioteconomia a partir da base teórica da obra “Literatura infantil e juvenil: a palavra literária - (r)ex(s)istir no encontro com o outro”. Justificando-se esta pesquisa a evidenciar e incentivar o estudo acerca da relação entre a Biblioteconomia e a literatura em si para propiciar uma boa atuação profissional nesse âmbito. O presente estudo caracteriza-se pela natureza básica, com abordagem qualitativa, quanto aos objetivos, como pesquisa exploratória e de acordo com os procedimentos técnicos de cunho bibliográfico. A análise foi realizada pela leitura dos textos que compõem o corpus da pesquisa e então feitas conexões com a fundamentação teórica, e com o livro Literatura infantil e juvenil: a palavra literária, publicado pelo grupo Literalise. Identificou-se, por meio dos textos coletados e analisados, que processos que instigam o imaginário, seja para conhecimento, seja para lazer, aproximam o leitor da literatura, possibilitando seu crescimento existencial e de consciência, o que é buscado em uma Biblioteconomia social tendo a literatura infantil e infantojuvenil como apoio.

The communication has established itself as a basic life process. And literature, which occurs through its means, gains emphasis with the production and dissemination of knowledge, generating a collective commitment to the formation of human beings, with children's literature as the initial approach in its construction. As reading and Library Science are areas that dialogue directly with each other and as the Librarian is a catalyst for knowledge in society, it's questioned: how children's and young adult literature can contribute to the social meaning of Library Science? The main objective is to present the contribution of children's and young adult literature bringing the reader closer to social librarianship, through specialized publications in this thematic area. As a general objective, As specific objectives we have: a) Identifying practices used to bring the reader closer to literature; b) Analyze how such practices engage readers; and c) Relate children's and young adult literature with the social work of Library Science through the thoric base of the work “Literatura infantil e juvenil: a palavra literária - (r)ex(s)istir no encontro com o outro”. This research is justified by highlighting and encouraging the study of the relation between Library Science and literature itself to provide good professional performance in this field. The present study is characterized by its basic (theoretical) nature, with a qualitative approach, as in the objectives, as a exploratory and bibliographical research and accordingly to the technical bibliographic procedures. The analysis was made through reading the texts that make up the research corpus and then making connections with the theoretical foundation, and with the book Literatura infantil e juvenil: a palavra literária, published by the Literalise group. It was identified, through the collected and analyzed texts, that processes that instigate the imagination, whether for personal growth or for leisure, bring the reader closer to literature, enabling their existential and conscious growth, which is search for in a social Librarianship with the children´s and young adult literature as support.
