Pavilhão Nove: da cela às arquibancadas

Abstract

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso de jornalismo tem por objetivo retratar a história da criação da torcida organizada ‘Pavilhão 9’, uma das seis torcidas representantes do clube de futebol Sport Clube Corinthians Paulista. A torcida foi fundada em 1990 e tem forte ligação com o antigo Complexo Penitenciário do Estado de São Paulo (Carandiru), pois nasceu como apoio ao time de futebol do complexo, denominado ‘Corinthians do pavilhão 9’. E além de retratar os 34 anos de história do coletivo, o trabalho visa tratar a forma como a criação da torcida foi importante e se relaciona tanto com o Carandiru, quanto com o bairro de Itaquera, onde tem sua sede, e com o clube que representa. Tal história é abordada através de uma grande reportagem em formato multimídia, que contribuirá para ampliar os poucos registros que se tem sobre a torcida atualmente e contempla o coletivo e seu papel não só para o esporte como torcida, mas também como ferramenta para a comunidade a qual está inserida, promovendo cultura e lazer aos sócios e ao bairro.

This journalism course completion work aims to portray the history of the creation of the organized fans 'Pavilhão 9', one of the six fans representing the football club Sport Clube Corinthians Paulista. The fans were founded in 1990, and have a strong connection with the former São Paulo State Penitentiary Complex (Carandiru), as they were created to support the complex's football team, called 'Corinthians do Pavilion 9'. And in addition to portraying the 33 years since the collective was founded, the work aims to address the way in which the creation of the fans was important and relates both to Carandiru and the Itaquera neighborhood, where it has its headquarters, and with the club it represents. . This story will be covered through a large report in multimedia format, which will corroborate the little information we currently have about the fans and will look at the collective and its role not only in the sport as a fan base, but also as a tool for the community. which it is located, promoting culture and leisure for members and the neighborhood in which it is located.
