Barreiras limitadoras à logística reversa de painéis fotovoltaicos: uma análise multicritério

Abstract

Globalmente, as empresas compartilham barreiras similares na hora de implementar e gerenciar a logística reversa. Entretanto, vários aspectos podem influenciar a importância de cada barreira, bem como gerar conflitos específicos. O principal objetivo do presente estudo foi investigar a inter-relação entre as barreiras observadas na implementação da logística reversa de módulos fotovoltaicos, sob a perspectiva da demanda pulverizada. Para aprofundar a análise, foi aplicado o método DEMATEL, que permitiu examinar os grupos de barreiras e o grau de influência entre eles. Com o auxílio para revisão da literatura, foram identificadas 30 barreiras, alocadas em cinco categorias: Tecnologia e Infraestrutura, Gestão e Organizacionais, Legais e Políticas, Econômicas e Financeiras, e Conhecimento e Experiência. O método revelou que as barreiras mais influentes (causas) para a implementação da logística reversa de módulos fotovoltaicos incluem as barreiras Legais e Políticas e Econômicas e Financeiras, que exercem grande impacto (efeito) nas barreiras de Tecnologia e Infraestrutura. Este estudo pode colaborar na tomada de decisão estratégica na implementação efetiva da logística reversa de painéis fotovoltaicos à medida que fornece uma visão estruturada das barreiras mais críticas e suas inter-relações.

Globally, companies share similar barriers when implementing and managing reverse logistics. However, several aspects can influence the importance of each barrier, as well as generating specific conflicts. The main objective of the present study was to investigate the interrelationship between the barriers observed in the implementation of reverse logistics of photovoltaic modules, from the perspective of dispersed demand. To deepen the analysis, the DEMATEL method was applied, which allowed us to examine the groups of barriers and the degree of influence between them. With the help of the literature review, 30 barriers were identified, allocated into five categories: Technology and Infrastructure, Management and Organizational, Legal and Political, Economic and Financial, and Knowledge and Experience. The method revealed that the most influential barriers (causes) for the implementation of reverse logistics of photovoltaic modules include Legal and Political and Economic and Financial barriers, which have a great impact (effect) on Technology and Infrastructure barriers. This study can collaborate in strategic decision-making in the effective implementation of reverse logistics of photovoltaic panels as it provides a structured view of the most critical barriers and their interrelationships.
