Perda precoce do primeiro molar permanente

Abstract

Este Trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre a perda precoce do primeiro molar permanente; levando em consideração a importância desse dente e os danos decorrentes a sua perda. Uma das causas da perda precoce do primeiro molar permanente mais citadas pelos autores foi a cárie dentária, tendo como consequências o encurtamento do arco, giroversões, diminuição da função local indignação dos dentes contíguos, problemas periodontais. Observou-se que a perda precoce do primeiro molar permanente é alta, R idade e aumentando corn o decorrer da vida.

The objetive of this survery, is to review the literature about the loss of the first permanent molar; considering the importance of this tooth and demage due to its loss. Acoording to the authors, the most mentioned cause of the loss of the first permanent molar was the toth decay, consequenly the shortening of the arch, giroversion, reduction of the local sunction, the indination of the contiguous theeth and the peridental problem. Observed that the lasso of the first permanent molar is high satarting at the age of light and increasing during the life.
