Manipulação de tecido mole em implantodontia: enxerto gengival livre

Abstract

Esta revisão tem como objetivo discutir sobre manipulação de tecido mole ao redor de implantes osseointegrados. Esta manipulação pode ser realizada antes da colocação do implante, durante sua inserção, no segundo estágio cirúrgico ou na fase de manutenção. Este trabalho tem o objetivo também de discutir sobre a importância de um tecido ceratinizado na interface implante-tecido mole, facilitando e tornando viável, próteses mais estéticas com menor risco de recessão gengival.Esta ceratinização é importante também na manipulação cirúrgica, na proteção contra agentes bacterianos e contra ações traumáticas,as quais poderiam causar, por exemplo, a exposição das espiras do implante ou até mesmo do tecido ósseo, induzindo a formação de bolsas pen -implantares.Portanto uma pequena faixa de tecido ceratinizado facilita a higiene oral e possibilita um melhor controle da saúde peri-implantar. Um caso clinico sobre enxerto gengival livre é também apresentado.

This revision has as objective to argue about soft tissue manipulation of around the osseointegrated implants. This manipulation can be accomplished before placing the implantation, during its insertion, in the second surgical period or the phase of maintenance. This work has the objective also to argue on the importance of one keratinized tissue in the interface implantation-tissue soft, facilitating and becoming viable, prostheses more aesthetic with lesser risk of gingival recession. This keratinization is important also in the surgical manipulation, in the protection against bacterial agents and against traumatic actions, which could cause, for example, the exposition of threads of the implant or even though of the bone tissue, inducing the formation of pen-implants defects. zone it facilitates the verbal hygiene and it makes possible one better control of the peri- implants health.
