Uma abordagem sobre a odontologia do trabalho

Abstract

O presente artigo trata do envolvimento de diversos setores sociais no país com os serviços de Odontologia, onde se colocam em evidência aspectos como a especialidade da Odontologia do Trabalho e o seu alcance no momento na sociedade trabalhista brasileira e o que tem se tem feito para a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos brasileiros, os programas em saúde pública também são comentados neste artigo, no que se referem aos aspectos da Odontologia, estes programas demasiadamente excluem a população mais carente de seu atendimento, isto acontece devido ao discernimento da política estar voltado às elites, Brasil (1997), cita que os modelos ainda estão atrelados ao que o imperialismo implantou no Brasil há séculos. Continua o artigo com colocações sobre o trabalho na saúde bucal considerada como competência do SUS2 e também com as formas de financiamento para se manter os programas de saúde bucal, uma contradição efêmera e decadente que não permitiu nem a organização da atenção em saúde bucal proposta pela Câmara dos Deputados Federais. O brasileiro não tem noção de sua participação na cidadania e não consegue assim participar de decisões que são muito importantes. Para o SUS não existe uma forma de controle social no que se refere A saúde da população, havendo uma luta em organizações que quase não chegam 6 discussão do fato. Trata ainda o artigo sobre o campo de atuação da odontologia do trabalho, considerando-se que a saúde bucal é um dos fatores que mais pesam na contratação e ainda não deve ser fator de exclusão, conforme Mazzilli (2003), portanto, o preparo do profissional deve estar, neste caso, voltado ao setor ocupacional, para isso, a participação efetiva dos consultórios odontológicos em exames admissionais deve ser uma das prerrogativas no que se refere à saúde bucal, no entanto, é um aspecto que ainda não pode ser considerada de efeito positivo no que se refere à participação de profissionais da Odontologia no setor público e privado.

The present article is about the involvement of several social sections in the country with the services of Odontology, where are placed in evidence aspects as the specialty of the Work's Odontology and its reach in the moment in the brazilian working society, it's reaches and what has had done for the improvement of the quality of the brazilian's life, the programs in public health are also commented in this article, in what they refer to the aspects of the Odontology, these programs in hole excludes the most lacking population of their attendance, this happens due to the discernment of the politics to be returned to the elites, Brazil (1997), mentions that the models are still harnessed that the imperialism implanted in Brazil in centuries ago. The article continues with placements on the work in the buccal health considered as competence of SUS and also with the financing forms to stay the programs of buccal health, an ephemeral and decadent contradiction that didn't allow nor the organization of the attention in buccal health proposed by the Camera of the Federal Deputies. The brazilian workers don't have notion of their participation in the citizenship and they don't know how to get like this to participate in decisions that healthy is very important. For SUS4a form of social control doesn't exist in what it refers to the health of the population, having a fight in organizations that hardly arrives to the discussion of the fact, and still treats the article on the field of performance of the work's odontology, being considered that the buccal health is one of the factors that more it weighs in the recruiting and it should not still be exclusion factor, according to Mazzilli (2003), therefore, the preparing of the professional it should be, in this case, returned to the occupational section, for that, the effective participation of the odontologic clinics in entrance exams should be one of the prerogatives in what it refers to the buccal health, however, it is an aspect that cannot still be considered of positive effect in what it refers to the professionals' of the Odontology participation in the public and private section.
