Reabilitação implantossuportada em maxila atrófica: relato de caso clínico

Abstract

O objetivo do estudo foi apresentar um caso clinico de um paciente do sexo feminino, com 51 anos de idade, apresentando edentulismo da maxila e reabsorção severa do rebordo maxilar. Foi realizada enxertia para reconstrução do rebordo, com Área doadora de crista ilíaca. Após o No período de seis meses, foram colocados nove implantes cilíndricos rosqueados. Após o período de osseointegração, foi realizada a abertura dos implantes, sendo que oito estavam osseointegrados. Foi realizada seleção e instalação dos componentes protéticos e moldagem de arrasto pela técnica da moldeira aberta. Após a tomada das relações maxilo-mandibulares, foi confeccionada uma prótese fixa total metalo-cerâmica,com estrutura em cromo-cobalto de doze elementos, parafusada aos pilares. Concluiu-se que as próteses implantossuportadas contribuem para o alto grau de satisfação dos pacientes edêntulos no que diz respeito ao conforto, estética, fonética e função mastigatória.

The objective of this work was to show a clinical case report about a sex female patient, with fifty-one years old, reporting jaw edentulous and severe resorption of the maxillary ridge. It was realized grafting to reconstruction of the ridge. After a period of six months, it was realized a study to reverse planning, construction of the templant surgical and were placed nine threaded cylindric implants. After a period of osseointegration, it was realized the openins of the implants, just eight were osseointegrated. It was realized selection and installation of the prosthetic components and casting of the dragging by the technique opening tray. After the taking of the maxillomandibulars relation was construction a total fixed prothesis metallo ceramics with a framework in crome-cobalt of twelve elements, screwing at the pillars. It was concluded that the prothesis implantssuported contributing to the high degree of satisfaction of the edentulous patients about the ease, aesthetics, phonetics and at masticating function.
