Estudos feministas, de mulheres e de gênero no serviço social brasileiro:: uma revisão integrativa da literatura (2010-2020)

Abstract

Esta dissertação concentra-se na produção acadêmica do Serviço Social brasileiro em torno dos estudos feministas, de mulheres e de gênero. Para tanto, realizamos uma análise da complexidade teórica desses estudos na produção de conhecimento do Serviço Social no Brasil, abrangendo o período de 2010 a 2020. Especificamente, buscamos identificar o lugar desses estudos (ou sua ausência), além de investigar como o Serviço Social constrói narrativas sobre o tema a partir do período indicado. A Revisão Integrativa, como alternativa metodológica, permitiu direcionar a definição de conceitos, identificar lacunas nas áreas de estudo e revisar teorias e metodologias, adotando uma abordagem qualitativa em seu desenvolvimento. A proposta teórico-metodológica deu destaque às publicações cujo universo investigativo corresponde às bases de dados das revistas Qualis A1: Argumentum (UFES), Em Pauta (UERJ), Katálysis (UFSC), O Social em Questão (PUC/Rio), Revista de Políticas Públicas (UFMA), Serviço Social & Sociedade (Cortez) e Textos e Contextos (PUC/RS). A pesquisa identificou que as produções selecionadas são marcadas pela convergência de diversas perspectivas e métodos, apresentando flutuações ao longo dos anos, em resposta tanto às transformações históricas e culturais quanto às demandas emergentes da sociedade brasileira, provocando a reflexão sobre qual é, em contrapartida, o lugar do Serviço Social (ou sua ausência) nos estudos Feministas, de Mulheres e de Gênero.

Abstract: This dissertation focuses on the academic production of Brazilian Social Work regarding feminist studies, women's studies, and gender studies. To this end, we conducted an analysis of the theoretical complexity of these studies in the knowledge production of Social Work in Brazil, covering the period from 2010 to 2020. Specifically, we aim to identify the place of these studies (or their absence), as well as to investigate how Social Work constructs narratives on the subject from the indicated period. The integrative review, as a methodological alternative, allowed for the direction of concept definitions, identification of gaps in the areas of study, and the revision of theories and methodologies, adopting a qualitative approach in its development. The theoretical-methodological proposal emphasized publications whose investigative universe corresponds to the databases of the Qualis A1 journals: Argumentum (UFES), Em Pauta (UERJ), Katálysis (UFSC), O Social em Questão (PUC/Rio), Revista de Políticas Públicas (UFMA), Serviço Social & Sociedade (Cortez), and Textos e Contextos (PUC/RS). The research identified that the selected productions are marked by the convergence of various perspectives and methods, presenting fluctuations over the years in response both to historical and cultural transformations and to the emerging demands of Brazilian society, provoking reflection on what is, in contrast, the place of Social Work (or its absence) in feminist, women's, and gender studies.
