Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo a elaboração de um memorial descritivo para o projeto básico estrutural de uma edificação multifamiliar residencial. O estudo abrange duas principais etapas do projeto: a supraestrutura e a infraestrutura. Na concepção da supraestrutura, são descritas as decisões de projeto relacionadas à configuração dos elementos estruturais, como pilares, vigas e lajes, considerando os requisitos de funcionalidade, segurança e durabilidade. O dimensionamento seguiu as normas técnicas vigentes, priorizando a eficiência estrutural e a viabilidade econômica. Na infraestrutura, o estudo aborda a investigação do solo por meio de sondagens geotécnicas, que embasaram a definição do sistema de fundações mais adequado. Adicionalmente, foram desenvolvidas soluções para contenções, considerando as condições do terreno e interferências do entorno. A integração entre as fases do projeto buscou garantir um desempenho estrutural harmônico e atender às demandas específicas do empreendimento. O trabalho destaca ainda os desafios enfrentados no processo de concepção e as justificativas técnicas para as escolhas adotadas, reforçando a importância da interação multidisciplinar na construção civil para a entrega de soluções seguras, sustentáveis e economicamente viáveis.

This final graduation project presents the development of a descriptive memorial for the preliminary structural design of a multifamily residential building. The study encompasses two main stages of the project: the superstructure and the infrastructure. In the conception of the superstructure, the design decisions related to the configuration of structural elements, such as columns, beams, and slabs, are described, considering the requirements of functionality, safety, and durability. The sizing process followed current technical standards, prioritizing structural efficiency and economic feasibility. In the infrastructure, the study addresses soil investigation through geotechnical surveys, which supported the definition of the most suitable foundation system. Additionally, solutions for retaining structures were developed, taking into account the soil conditions and environmental constraints. The integration between the project stages aimed to ensure harmonious structural performance and meet the specific demands of the development. The project also highlights the challenges encountered during the design process and the technical justifications for the adopted choices, emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary interaction in civil construction to deliver safe, sustainable, and economically viable solutions.
