O papel da infraestrutura de carregamento para mobilidade elétrica: o caso do projeto eletroposto celesc

Abstract

A transição para a mobilidade elétrica impõe desafios complexos que demandam abordagens sistêmicas para integração tecnológica e colaboração entre diferentes atores. Este artigo tem como objetivo aplicar a abordagem do Sistema Tecnológico de Inovação (TIS) para realizar um diagnóstico da infraestrutura de carregamento de veículos elétricos, a partir do estudo de caso do Projeto Eletroposto CELESC. A análise considera os elementos estruturais do TIS atores, redes, instituições e tecnologias e suas funções sistêmicas. O estudo evidencia que o TIS permite identificar sinergias e gargalos no ecossistema de inovação, orientando ações estratégicas para o fortalecimento da eletromobilidade. Os resultados demonstram que o TIS é uma ferramenta eficaz para analisar a evolução tecnológica e institucional da infraestrutura de recarga, fornecendo um arcabouço analítico robusto para projetos em fase de desenvolvimento ou consolidação.

The transition to electric mobility presents complex challenges that require systemic approaches to technological integration and stakeholder collaboration. This article aims to apply the Technological Innovation System (TIS) framework to diagnose the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, using the Eletroposto CELESC Project as a case study. The analysis considers the structural components of the TIS actors, networks, institutions, and technologies as well as their systemic functions. The study demonstrates that the TIS enables the identification of synergies and bottlenecks within the innovation ecosystem, guiding strategic actions for strengthening the sector. The results show that the TIS is an effective analytical tool for understanding the technological and institutional evolution of charging infrastructure, providing a robust framework for projects under development or consolidation.
