Empoderamento através do design sustentável: estudo de caso do 'UX PARA MINAS PRETAS' em alinhamento com os ODS para inovação inclusiva na tecnologia

Abstract

Este artigo destaca a interseção entre design e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da ONU, com ênfase nos ODS 9 - "Indústria, Inovação e Infraestrutura" e ODS 18 - "Igualdade Racial". Eles discutem a importância do design sustentável na promoção da igualdade de gênero, especialmente para mulheres negras, no contexto da indústria e inovação. O texto apresenta dados sobre desafios enfrentados por mulheres negras no mercado de trabalho, destacando a necessidade de abordar a desigualdade de gênero e étnica. Um estudo de caso é apresentado sobre o projeto "UX PARA MINAS PRETAS", uma iniciativa que visa capacitar mulheres negras no campo de user experience, contribuindo para a diversidade e inclusão no setor de tecnologia. O projeto é discutido em relação aos ODS, enfatizando sua importância na construção de um futuro sustentável e equitativo. O artigo conclui ressaltando o impacto positivo e duradouro do projeto na inovação, infraestrutura e igualdade no contexto da tecnologia.

This article highlights the intersection between design and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with an emphasis on SDG 9 - "Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure" and SDG 18 - "Racial Equality". They discuss the importance of sustainable design in promoting gender equality, especially for Black women, in the context of industry and innovation.. The text presents data on challenges faced by Black women in the workforce, emphasizing the need to address gender and ethnic inequality.
