Plano de negócios para implantação de uma fábrica de móveis sob medida em Criciúma/SC

Abstract

O empreendedorismo é, sem duvidas, uma atividade vital para promoção do desenvolvimento econômico, inovação e geração de renda de um País. Contudo, ao analisar o principal motivo da mortalidade de novas empresas em seus primeiros cinco anos, um dos principais motivos apontados para o insucesso desses negócios é a falta de planejamento. Desta forma, este trabalho foi feito com o escopo de elaborar um plano de negócios a fim de avaliar a viabilidade da criação de uma fábrica de móveis na cidade de Criciúma, Santa Catarina. Nele foi descrita e estruturada cada parte que compõe a empresa, iniciando com uma análise do ambiente interno e externo, passando pela definição do composto de marketing, desenvolvimento de um plano de operações e, por fim, a análise financeira do futuro empreendimento. Após analisar os três indicadores de viabilidade –VPL, payback e TIR, conclui-se com um resultado favorável a viabilidade e abertura do negócio.

The Entrepreneurship is, without doubts, a vital activity for promoting economic development, innovation and income generation of a country. However, when analyzing the main reason of mortality of the new companies in their first five years, one of the main reasons cited for failure of these businesses is the lack of planning. Thus, this work was done with the aim of drawing up a business plan to assess the feasibility of creating a furniture factory in the city of Criciuma, Santa Catarina state. It was described and structured every part that makes up the company, starting with an analysis of the internal and external environment, through the definition of the marketing mix, developing a plan of operations and, finally, the financial analysis of the future undertaking. After analyzing the three main viability indicators -VPL, payback and TIR, it is concluded with a favorable outcome to the feasibility and business opening.
