Fomento à atividade leiteira catarinense através do programa Terra Boa Forrageiras

Abstract

O objetivo do presente trabalho foi avaliar o investimento do programa Terra Boa Forrageiras de 2009 a 2015 nas mesorregiões de Santa Catarina. Foram utilizados dados do valor financiado pelo programa Terra Boa Forrageiras, pertencentes à Secretaria de Estado da Agricultura e da Pesca. Para cada mesorregião foi aplicado a regressão linear, para averiguar a tendência do valor financiado por meio do coeficiente angular, onde a variável independente (X) é o ano e a variável dependente (Y) é o valor financiado anualmente. O coeficiente de variação e os valores médios investidos entre as mesorregiões foram comparados entre si. Para todas estas análises foram avaliadas a significância estatística ao nível de 5% pelo valorp. Apenas a mesorregião Norte Catarinense não apresentou tendência significativa ao nível de 5% no valor financiado durante o período. Nas demais mesorregiões houve tendência significativa de aumento no valor financiado, variando de R$26.150/ano (Grande Florianópolis) até R$345.332/ano (Oeste), indicando que durante os últimos sete anos houve um aumento de R$183.05 a R$2.417.324 no valor financiado.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the investment of the program Terra Boa Forrageiras 2009-2015 in regions of Santa Catarina. Data from the value financed by the Terra Boa Forrageiras program were used, belonging to the Secretaria de Estado da Agricultura e da Pesca for each region of Santa Catarina. For each region linear regression was applied to determine the trend of the value financed through the slope where the independent variable (X) is the year and the dependent variable (Y) is the value financed annually. The coefficients of variation and average values invested between regions were compared. For all these analyzes were evaluated the statistical significance level of 5% for the p-value. Just the Northern Santa Catarina region no significant trend at 5% in the value financed during the period. In the other regions significant upward trend in the value financed, ranging from R$26,150/year (Greater Florianópolis) to R$345,332/year (West), indicating that for the past seven years there has been an increase of R$183.05 to R$2,417,324 in value financed.
