Relações de trabalho no futebol: um estudo de caso no Clube Náutico Marcílio Dias

Abstract

This research aims to show the work relations of male soccer professional athletes in a club on the coast of Santa Catarina in the city of Itajaí. Through interviews with athletes and a visit to the club, it was possible to identify precariousness in work relations. To that end, the relations between the athletes and their intermediaries, the legislation in force in Brazilian football, tje rotation of the athletes between the clubs, individual and Family projects, careers and the organization of Brazilian football were discussed.
