With the great technological development of recent years, computing has become essential in society, both in the labor market and in the lives of citizens. For the political activities they have not been different, in order to promote greater participation of the population during the mandate. In different cultures on different continents and even in Brazil, shared mandates have been chosen where elected politicians share their decision-making power with society or groups of people, thus making them “co-legislators”. Few systems offer support and follow up for this management model. Mainly, focused on a comprehensive support of this type of policy. Enabling parameterization and transparency in queries.
Thus, this paper analyzes the main features of e-participation systems. Validating with the population of some cities the interest in e-participation as well as which features found in the systems surveyed were most relevant. With the objective of the work the suggestion of a set of evaluated and refined features for the profile and relevance of the citizens surveyed, as a panel for previous voting, indicators for monitoring the activities of councilors among other features.
