Negro Rudhy e a emancipação cultural do Rap na Ilha do Desterro do séc. XXI

Abstract

Esta tese traz uma análise a partir do rapper Negro Rudhy a fim de se pensar as possíveis emancipações sociais, culturais, financeiras e históricas dos sujeitos negros na cidade de Florianópolis, pautadas pelo engajamento artístico e afroempreendedor do artista. Além disso, pontuam-se as diferentes performances que o rap, enquanto gênero poético-musical, evoca tanto em seu público quanto naqueles que o produzem construindo, desse modo, poéticas de Relação que emanam da coletividade marginal e periférica. As diferentes nuances que disso resultam colocam em xeque o ?ser e estar? negro numa capital do sul do Brasil predominantemente branca. As condições de ser e de estar podem ser preponderantes para que se compreenda e se discuta os racismos estrutural, institucional e histórico que ainda se perpetuam ao longo dos anos e trazem para o campo das artes a possibilidade de ressignificação dos discursos poéticos engajados com a finalidade de vislumbrar uma possível emancipação simbólica e alegórica do sujeito negro nestas artes, hipótese defendida nessa pesquisa.

Abstract: The present dissertation brings an analysis about the black rapper Negro Rudhy in order to think the possible social, cultural, economic, and historical emancipations of black subjects in the city of Florianópolis, based on the artistic and afroenterpreneur engagement of the artist. In addition, it approaches rap?s different performances, as a poetic-musical genre, evoking poetics of Relations, not only in its audience but also in the ones producing it, that surge from the marginal and peripheral collectivity. The different ranges resulting from this jeopardize what is ?to be? black in a capital of the South of Brazil that is white in its majority. The conditions of being black can be preponderant in order to understand and discuss the structural, institutional and historical racism that are still perpetuated through the years and bring to the field of the arts the possibility of resignifying the poetic discourses engaged with the objective of glimpsing a possible simbological and allegorical emancipation of the black subject in these arts, hypothesis defended in this research.
