Monitoramento ambiental para aprimoramento do processo de rotomoldagem

Abstract

O mundo virtual e mundo físico estão se unindo. A Internet das Coisas está unindo e ampliando a percepção de realidade das pessoas e possibilitando uma nova revolução nas indústrias. O estudo apresenta as tecnologias que conectam o mundo físico ao mundo virtual e as diversas opções que o mercado dispõe. É especialmente voltado para a indústria de polímeros, especificamente no processo de rotomoldagem, em que existem diversas opções de medições no processo e de conexões do ambiente industrial com o ambiente virtual. As medidas realizadas apontam algumas atitudes que podem ser tomadas para a melhoria do processo. A busca por melhorias no processo traz uma apresentação da tecnologia LoRaWAN e soluções disponíveis no mercado para que os dados coletados sejam disponibilizados para os operadores afim de melhorar o processo.

The virtual and the physical world are merging. The Internet of Things is uniting and expanding people’s perception of reality and enabling a new revolution in industries. The present study shows the technologies that connect the physical world to the virtual world and the various options that the market offers. It is especially focused at the polymer industry, specifically in the rotational moulding process, where there are several measurement options in the process and connections between the industrial environment and the virtual environment. The measures indicate to some actions that can be taken to improve the process. The search for improvements in the process brings a presentation of LoRaWAN technology and solutions available on the market, doing that the data collected is made available to operators in order to improve the process.
