Escrita de si das "Marias no Cárcere": escuta sentida como proposta teórico-metodológica decolonial

Abstract

O estudo trata da escrita de si de mulheres no cárcere, incorporando uma nova narrativa baseada no formato das cartas. Por isso mesmo, considero que se trata aqui, em termos metodológicos, de uma carta-tese. A pesquisa, realizada no período de dois mil e dezessete e dois mil e vinte e um, no Presídio Feminino da Capital Catarinense, foi motivada pelas experiências de extensão e pesquisa realizadas no campus da Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso localizada em Tangará da Serra, instituição na qual sou professora. As travessias entre o centro-oeste e o sul do país se iniciaram em meados de dois mil e catorze, no decorrer do projeto Radiando Comunicação: relações de gênero em pauta e na práxis, vinculado ao Grupo de Pesquisa no CNPq Relações de gênero, Violências e Comunicação. Através de uma das ações de extensão, realizada na região centro-oeste, durante o período denominado pelos movimentos feministas como ?dezesseis dias de ativismo?, em dois mil e treze, fui afetada pelo tema e, posteriormente, quando iniciei o Doutorado Interdisciplinar em Ciências Humanas da UFSC me aproximei do cárcere feminino em Florianópolis. Uma das questões que atravessa essa escrita é: Como é possível pesquisar por meio de pedagogias feministas decoloniais no universo de ?Mulheres no Cárcere?? Para respondê-la, na interação com as interlocutoras, forjou-se a escuta sentida, categoria acionada no ?Momento Lilás?, que foi o lócus dentro do cárcere para as práticas de intervenção: a escrita de cartas para o 8M-SC, a yoga, as lágrimas insubmissas, o baralho ?Marias no Cárcere? e o piquenique de sentidos. O alicerce teórico-metodológico contempla perspectivas de estudos interdisciplinares e as epistemologias feministas decoloniais como possibilidades de transcender o que designo como clausura epistêmica. Desse modo, a carta-tese está sustentada nos seguintes eixos: a) a ?escuta sentida? como recurso teórico-metodológico da interação; b) o ?Momento Lilás? como o ateliê de aprendizagens entre interlocutoras e, c) a escrita viva em contraponto a clausura acadêmica. No estudo, foi possível perceber que, no âmbito dessas escritas, o cotidiano da prisionização revela narrativas políticas sobre o tempo e o fluxo de vida no contexto estrutural que o sustenta. Ao longo do texto, defendo a tese de que as perspectivas de estudos interdisciplinares e das epistemologias feministas decoloniais possibilitam práticas de intervenção em pesquisa e extensão com ?Mulheres no Cárcere?. Nesse sentido, a agenda de demandas, como ensina Rita Segato, precisa ser escutada, porque sinaliza os limites e as possibilidades do Estado Democrático de Direito. Outrossim, no âmbito das práticas de pesquisa, destaco as limitações para a comunicação de experiências, em que, por vezes, é preciso recortar para, ao mesmo tempo, visibilizar narrativas sem padronizar as histórias que são singulares. Por isso, vislumbro caminhos que podem ser refeitos, seguindo a fluidez da vida latente, inclusive no cárcere, haja vista que as narrativas das ?Marias no Cárcere? evidenciam a urgência de Políticas de desencarceramento quando se conhece os perfis dessas mulheres em maioria, negras, empobrecidas, jovens, mães, com baixo grau de instrução e, boa parte delas, em cumprimento de regime provisório.

Abstract: The study deals with the self-writing of women in prison, incorporating a new narrative based on the format of letters. For this reason, I consider that this is, in methodological terms, a thesis letter. The research, carried out in the period of 2021, in the Women's Prison of the capital of Santa Catarina, was motivated by the experiences of extension and research carried out at the campus of the State University of Mato Grosso, located in Tangará da Serra, institution in which I have been an effective professor. The crossings between the Midwest and the South of the country began in the middle of 2014, during the project Radiando Comunicação: relações de gênero em pauta e na práxis, linked to the Research Group at CNPq Relações de gênero, Violências e Comunicação. Through one of the extension actions, carried out in the Midwest region during the period called by feminist movements as ?sixteen days of activism?, in 2013, I was touched by the theme and later, when I started the Interdisciplinary Doctorate in Human Sciences at UFSC, I approached the female prison in Florianópolis. One of the questions that crosses this writing is How is it possible to research through decolonial feminist pedagogies in the universe of ?Women in Prison?? To answer , the felt listening was forged, a category developed in the \"Lilac Moment\", which was the locus within the prison for the practices of intervention: the writing of letters to the 8M-SC, yoga, the unsubmissive tears, the deck ?Marias no Cárcere?, and the picnic of senses. The theoretical-methodological foundation contemplates perspectives of interdisciplinary studies and decolonial feminist epistemologies as possibilities to transcend what I designate as epistemic enclosure. In this way, the thesis letter is supported by the following axes: a) the ?felt listening? as a theoretical-methodological resource in the interaction with the interlocutors; b) the ?Lilac Moment? as the learning workshop among interlocutors; and c) the living writing in counterpoint to academic enclosure. Therefore, the writing is presented in the style of letters sent to each ?Maria no Cárcere?, and together they compose the thesis letter that intends to spread in different spaces, breaking walls, by listening to the writings of each member of the research. In the study, it was possible to notice that in the context of these writings the daily life of imprisonment reveals political narratives about the time and flow of life in the structural context that sustains it. Throughout the text, I defend the thesis that the perspectives of interdisciplinary studies and decolonial feminist epistemologies enable intervention practices in research and extension with ?Women in Prison?. In this sense, the agenda of demands, as taught by Rita Segato, needs to be listened to because it shows the limits and possibilities of the Rule of Law and Democracy. Furthermore, within the scope of research practices, I highlight the limitations to the communication of experiences, in which it is sometimes necessary to cut to while making narratives visible without standardizing the stories that are unique. Therefore, I can see paths that may be remade, following the fluidity of latent life, including in prison, given that the narratives of \"Marias no Cárcere\" show the urgency of Extrication Policies when the profiles of these women are known, in their majority black, impoverished, young, mothers, with a low level of education, and in compliance with a provisional regime.
