Ferramenta para Avaliação Ergonômica de Posto de Trabalho e Ambiente informatizado: atualização do Checklist de Couto (2014)

Abstract

O termo Ergonomia vem cada vez mais sendo incorporado ao meio organizacional, de modo a gerar benefícios para a saúde dos profissionais, possibilitando um ambiente seguro ergonomicamente e aumentando a satisfação e a produtividade dos colaboradores. Para identificar a desconformidade ergonômica e propor recomendações para um posto de trabalho, realiza-se a análise ergonômica do trabalho utilizando a ferramenta ou método mais adequado àquele tipo de atividade. Todavia, considerando o conhecimento do tema e sua importância, especialistas costumam observar profissionais trabalhando em ambientes informatizados não adequados ergonomicamente. Diante do exposto, este trabalho teve como objetivo atualizar o Checklist de Couto (2014) para avaliação ergonômica de posto de trabalho e ambiente informatizado. Para atender o objetivo geral, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, de abordagem qualitativa, com objetivo exploratório e descritivo, limitando-se à ferramenta Checklist de Couto (2014) para avaliação das condições ergonômicas em posto de trabalho e ambiente informatizado. Entre os resultados, a presente pesquisa gerou um Checklist atualizado de Couto (2022), em que foram excluídas 32 questões, de diversos itens de avaliação, por serem consideradas aqui como: obsoletas, ou redundantes, ou por não ter sido encontrado referencial teórico que as justificasse. Outra contribuição deste trabalho foi a inclusão de quatro (4) novos itens de avaliação (Mouse, Orientação Ergonômica do Posto de Trabalho, Ruídos e Temperatura) e 24 novas questões distribuídas em diferentes itens de avaliação, todas com embasamento teórico. A versão final do Checklist atualizado de Couto (2022) ficou com um total de 15 itens de avaliação e 95 questões.

The term Ergonomics has been increasingly incorporated into the organizational environment, in order to generate benefits for the health of professionals, enabling an ergonomically safe environment and increasing employee satisfaction and productivity. To identify the ergonomic nonconformity and propose recommendations for a workstation, the researcher carries out an ergonomic analysis of the work using the most appropriate tool/method for that type of activity. However, considering the knowledge of the subject and its importance, specialists usually observe professionals working in computerized environments which are not ergonomically appropriate. Given the above, this work aimed to update Couto's Checklist (2014) for ergonomic evaluation of the workplace and computerized environment. To meet the general objective, a bibliographic and documentary research was carried out, with a qualitative approach, with an exploratory and descriptive objective, limiting itself to the tool Checklist by Couto (2014) to evaluate the ergonomic conditions in the workplace and computerized environment. Among the results, the present research generated an updated Checklist by Couto (2022), in which 32 questions were excluded from several evaluation items, because they were considered here as obsolete, or redundant, or because no theoretical reference was found to justify them. Another contribution of this work was the inclusion of four (4) new evaluation items (Mouse, Ergonomic Orientation of the Workplace, Noise and Temperature) and 24 new questions distributed in different evaluation items, all with theoretical basis. The final version of Couto's updated Checklist (2022) had an amount of 15 assessment items and 95 questions.
