Abstract

This article aims to investigate case studies in scientific research to seek improvements in the health segment. It is an exploratory research that aims to achieve greater familiarity with the problem, in order to make it more explicit and to construct hypotheses to be explored. The results presented already allow comparisons to be made and thus contribute to the search of research opportunities in the area, and can also support the implantation of information systems in this segment.
