This article presents an analysis of underutilized collective spaces in the Mantova Residential
Complex and development of the qualification project and improvements to meet the needs of the
residents. This is a study carried out in the discipline of Popular Urban Settlements in the fifth phase
of the Architecture and Urbanism course at UNESC. As a work methodology, site visits, surveys and
analyzes of residential spaces and dialogues with residents were carried out, emphasizing an
inclusion and decisive participation in the qualification and processing of the case study, promoting
and restructuring also as social relations for the qualification of spaces and Building, focusing on
the incentive to sustainability and economy in the use of materials designed for the qualification of
the internal spaces of the set, in addition to the use of spaces. |
