This paper presents the survey, the analysis and the project of requalification of the common spaces of a Housing Complex located in Criciúma / SC, developed in the Architecture and Urbanism Course of the Far South University Santa Catarina. The project included output field,
dialogue with residents, lifting and reading place, development needs program and party, presentation and discussion in the classroom and, finally, a preliminary study presented through images, schematic drawings and computer model. The proposal focuses on the anthropological approach of the common spaces, showing the meanings that the inclusion of equipment in a housing development can bring to the experience and appropriation of users. The experience points to the importance of academic practice as discussions agent and production spaces with higher quality of life and reflects on the need for a joint effort between the technical aspects and the subjective aspects of a housing to be built. |
